TM, felt. Did a progression run, sub 6 by mile 4 then increased the speed by .2 until mile 11 then .1 for the next two miles until 13 and back to .2 increase for the final mile. Last mile was in 5:10 and I was sub 5:30 by mile 9. Did 4 miles in 20:58 from miles 10 to 14.
TM with Jordan, felt great. Did a progression run, sub 6 by mile 8 and sub 530 by mile 14 finished at mile 18 with a 5:09. The total 10 miles from 8 to 18 was around 56 minutes.
