TM, felt okay. Did almost 42 minutes or six miles of cruise intervals. Started with 2 miles @ 7% incline in 16:57 then 2 flat miles in 10:57, half mile active rest after both @ 7:30 pace. Finished with two single miles one @ 7% incline the other flat, 8:27 and 5:27 for the last two with quarter mile rest @ 7:30 pace.

Section 16-High Drive-666-Captain Jack-High Drive-Section 16, felt great. Pushed the pace today, :23 to top of section 15, :43 at high drive, 1:12 to the top of 666, 1:38 to section 16, 2:05 to the top.
