TM, felt great. Wanted to play video games so I ran on the TM. I am always surprised how fast I can run at 180 pounds. I think I could run 2:25 to 2:30 at 200+ pounds for the marathon.

TM, felt okay. Did almost 42 minutes or six miles of cruise intervals. Started with 2 miles @ 7% incline in 16:57 then 2 flat miles in 10:57, half mile active rest after both @ 7:30 pace. Finished with two single miles one @ 7% incline the other flat, 8:27 and 5:27 for the last two with quarter mile rest @ 7:30 pace.
