TM, felt great. Did a progression run sub 6 at mile 6, sub 5:45 at mile 8, then 5:27 from mile 10 to 15. First 5 miles in 33:59, next 5 miles were in 29:03 and the last 5 miles were in 27:14 (last 10 miles in 56:17).
