Red Hot 33k, felt okay. Finished first overall with a new course record. Really tired before I even started. Race directing and racing is tough and with all the stress and lack of sleep I wasn't sure I how I would race.

TM, felt great. Did a 5 mile tempo in 28:11 or 5:38 per mile. Last week the scale said I was 172 for a full week but for some reason, after the Super Bowl weekend, I weighed 178. I refused to believe it but after a full week at 176, I have to accept that I still need to lose some weight.
