Coronado Track, felt great. Did 4 x 200m all out with 200m rest in 27, 28, 28, 29. After a 400m rest we did 10 x 200m every 1 minute in 33-35 for the 200m. The rest was really short 25-27 and it seemed once we stopped it was time to go again.
