Row 1:23:43 intensity: (1:20:00 @1) + (3:43 @2) 6.37 mi (13:09 / mi)

To the far end of Deep Bay, where there was an island hiding, nearly in the swamp, with a single tree, but maybe 25' high, qualifying its roots-holder an island. It is possible to row around it, very slowly and carefully. I wonder if there could be another island hiding somewhere, or if I have finally completed the circumnavigation.

Run 46:30 intensity: (24:40 @1) + (20:00 @2) + (1:50 @3) 3.29 mi (14:08 / mi) +241ft 13:13 / mi
shoes: Asics GT 2000 grey-blue

From Rockhaven; lack of sunglasses (lost) shortened the run. Didn't want to go out on Tryon, with its lack of shade.

Strength 5:00 [1]

Swim 15:28 intensity: (15:00 @1) + (28 @2) 0.3 mi (51:32 / mi)

Swim cut short by zipper breaking on wet suit. Was not too bad until neck closure lest loose too. Then it was like pulling a small parachute along. Went as far as the rock with a pine at the boulder shore corner to have a definite distance.

Paddle (Kayak) 1:30:00 [1] 5.4 mi (16:40 / mi)

Nagaya, Soper's, where I deposited a substantial plank that had been mid-channel, southmost part of bay, the green showing on some rocks just off shore was bush, not tree, but I circumnavigated anyway. If there are any islands I have not now circumnavigated, they are very well disguised.
Back south of Burnt and into main channel in front of Hills.
