Found Garmin in running sock, but HR only functioned right for a couple of minutes. Thunder, planned to go back shortest way when I felt first drop. When that occurred, however, I made a bad estimate about said quickest way.
Used altitude from map. Garmin + attackpoint understated by 200'.
