Running up in the fells =)

I hadnt been up any hills properly for agess, so i decided to go out on my usual route from whinlateer =)

My dad didnt want to drop me at whinlatter an then go to buttermere, so i went from the houses on the way up, up the crazy steep hill onto the ridge upto hopegill head, an then along the ridge to grizedale pike, an then back down the foresty ridge an finally back to the houses along the forest tracks at the bottom =D

I really really enjoyed it, even tho i had to walk up the crazy steep hill, an i was slow up the rocks to hopegill head cos it was so wet =(

I ran the rest tho! an everyone else i saw was like really depressed cos it was really windy and rainin/hailing, an i was like =)

also to do with the weather, in the mornin it was really sunny, and i set off from the house in the car, and it started rainin straight away, then it rained for the whole of the run, then after the run, as soon as i got home, it was really sunny again!! =O =( I was abit gutted =P

It was good that it was sunny for the party after tho =)

Threshold with sam!!

Reallly really hard, we were up slate fell, and becos i got ther erly, sam was like o yea just run up and back down for a bit of a warm up! so i did that, then i had to run back up again with evry1 else, then i had to run back down again to the last people an then hard back up, so i was knackerd after that!

Then we did 4 6 minute threshold things down the hill, round the side then up an down this little hill, and then back! with a minute rest inbetween each one

So we wer ment to increase the speed for each one a little bit, and by the end i felt likr i was going to collapse! So i was like phew were finished =)

Then sam was like lets do downhill technique sprints!! So we had to nail it back down the hill an then i was like aaah cant think right! =(

After that sam was like wer all doin 10 sec sprints with 10 second rests, and wer doin 6 of them! I was like =O

After that i could barely even jog to the car, but i felt propa hardcore afterwardss =D

just in the gym for a bit, was late this week cos of the intense runnin! did a few press ups an pull ups with ryan, and then did some situps an pec machine thingys when he was gone

I Feel well happy with my trainin =)

Graythwatite!

Was a bit gutted when i found out that mat nash was off a minute in front of me, cos i wanted to enjoy my run an not have to race anyone =)

I was gona try an ignore him, and take difrent routes to try to get ahead of him!!

But, i set off, an i cuaght him before number 1 =(

After that i was trying to get away from him, an i thought id done it on number 4, when we both took different routes, so i properly nailed it to the control, but i had to slow down to go into the control and i turned round after punchin it an he was ther =( So after that he was just kinda behind me for the rest of the corse, so i was a bit distracted so i was much too high on number 8, and i kept makin stupid little mistakes =(

It was a bit depresin relly, an tho i won i didnt think i had a good run! even tho that soudns a bit stupid =P

Was okay tho! An it was fun after =)
