Went down the wrong road on the 3rd loop and got really confused. Took a long route to the first control on the 4th loop, not seeing the best routes at all. Found it harder today as I was the only girl.

Watch wouldn't load so taken the distance and climb from last week, feeling pretty tired after yesterday.

Sprintervals.
5 different loops around uni area. Think I went too fast on the first couple so was suffering towards the end (also was getting dark) but really enjoyed it.

Treadmill Run.
Doesn't seem like a fast pace, but definitely running faster than the treadmill says, so would have run further if on road etc. Just wanted to avoid the cold/wind outside. Wouldn't want to do this very often however.

Also went for a short swim and in the steam room.

Tough but really great run through all the fresh snow. Some parts quite difficult, and had to climb my way over a massive fallen tree but was lovely in the snow.

Feels like a very long time since i've done any forest orienteering so didn't navigate very well but overall really enjoyed it despite the blisters and aches.

BUCS XC.
Found the first half of the first lap very difficult to get into as there were so many girls running. But i felt fine and really enjoyed the race overall.

South Cave run, out of Market Place and into Everthorpe then back into the village.

10mins warm up on treadmill, then some core and weights. Also did 4 lengths of the pool and then sauna.
