Railway End - started slower and then got a bit faster towards the end. Felt alright surprisingly.

HALO vs LOG - Cleethorpes Country Park..
Proglogue C; got off to a good start in the maze, but then was realy slow out on the course, found the grass really difficult to run through and didnt enjoy it very much, 9th.

Orienteering 19:29 [4] 4.0 km (4:52 / km) +15m 4:47 / km

Chase B.. Had a better run both in the mazes and out. Liked chasing people down and choosing different route choices to others infront/behind. Ended up 7th overall i think.

Champagne League #8 - Waudby Green..
Had a really tough handicap, only 5m 15 infront of dad, and a way off some others i like to run with. Just set off steady and stuck to the plan. Wasn't feeling great, especially because everyone who started behind me kept flying past. Caught my first person at about 7km up the hill, so was kind of depressed up to that point. Felt like i attacked off the top of the hill well, and after this i tired to push to the end. Pleased to get a pb by about 1minute, though still disappointed it wasnt more!

Brantingham..
Dad gave me 5minutes head start - I wasn't feeling too great on the way out, felt as if id hit a brick wall at the foot of the hills.. On the way back i felt much better, and surprised myself by staying infront of dad. Should have pushed harder at the end, but extremely pleased with the time.

Havn't done this run since September 17th, when i did a time of 46:07, but missed the last hill out, so was only 7.8km. I feel ashamed of myself, and me and dad should definitely do this competition more often!

Waudby Green champagne course with dad and John.. Started steady and felt quite good. John was on my shoulder at the hill, which made me work harder and then didnt want to slow down. Kept the pace up all the way to the end and was quicker than my previous pb (set in 2009 during the actual race) by 23seconds.
Hoping to improve the time in the race, need to remember that starting steady wont hurt.

Little Wold, two loops around the top end.. I did the hill sprint and had to chase dad all the way home - made worse by the fact i couldnt see him going down the hill so i waied around for like 10seconds before realising he was in a hidden dip.. Enjoyed the challenge of having to catch him up and worked really hard.

From home to Everthorpe, around in a loop and back the same way.. Let dad lead for a change, and quite enjoyed the challenge of having to keep with him - faster pace runs definitely make me feel better afterwards!

Champagne #7 - Kiplingcotes handicap..
Started off at a managable pace and felt relaxed. Got caught by a 15second guy after 1km, but managed to stay on his heels till 6km. Didn't feel great on the long road stretch between 3-6k, but having the guy infront really helped. After the turn stayed with my man, and then felt great on the good surface so pushed on a bit. Managed to catchback up to another EastHull man who passed me a little earlier, and stayed with him until ~8.5km. Then pushed on a bit again and managed to loose him and overtook a few slower people infront.
Although i feel like i had a good run, time is down on what my 10km pace should be. However, i did manage a 1m 15s pb :)

Had a mainly good run, just a few route choices that were a bit dodgey again. Thought the course was a little bit too long, but well planned all the same :)

HALO Poacher..
Just did the short course, as tired from todays earlier events. Had quite a good run, just one big time loss - got stuck infront of a pile of nettles, then turned round and saw a dead deer staring at me, then couldnt find the control :P Ran steady and enjoyed it.
