Bingham Park/Endcliffe Vale Road. Was going to do the normal run, but got to Bingham and was so scared running in the dark (even with headtorch) that I didn't want to go through Endcliffe park so went round on roads.

Yeadon Urban.
Good run, a few hesitations in the more complex housing area where there were contours obscuring detail. Yaay, winner of the course :)

Holt Park - Prologue.
Good run, just a few hesitations and could have taken a couple of better routes but nothing major. Pleased to be leading the course at this stage.

Golden Acre Park - Chase.
Thought I may get caught, and I did at number one by two of the men. Had the first gaffle with one of them, and then pulled away at number 9. Got stuck by some undergrowth to the last control and got overtaken and beaten to the finish by 2seconds. Pleased with result of being first woman, and second on the course. Enjoyed it, even though it was foresty!

Hallamshire hills session. Was a very gradual incline which meant leg burning! Did two rounds of short, medium, long. Short about 25s, medium about 38s and long about 48s.

From the session back home. Got a bit lost, ran at a decent pace because i was scared.
