spiked:17/24c

Orienteering at Gilling, blue course. Straight line distance = 6.2k.
Felt slow to begin and throughout a lot of the course. I think I was too tired! Good training though! :)

A randomly decided route, reasonably steady running. It started to get dark so even though I wanted to do more, i headed home!

Felt really good at the beginning and middle however started to get tired near the end. Annoyed not to go under 18 minutes!

Session with the usual team for 30minutes and then a fun session helping out with the year 9's.

Left arm is quite tried but keep taking rests between each set.

Tired after doing weights so didn't do very much!
