JW5L at Clumber Park; 8km straight line distance. Not the best area, very rough! Had a really good run for my standards. Tried to use the advice that Barrie Speake suggested about control flow, and it seemed to work quite well. Really pleased with my run and the fact that I lead the whole way round :)

Street race at YHOA training day. So much fun - great practice for next week in Cambridge. Hard to get used to the map at first; kept running to incrosssable walls, but after that, it was fine.. Feel like i want to do street races more often. :)

Jog with mum; her new fitness reguime. Was a good easy warm down from my run :)

Very short jog, just as a test for ankle. Felt okay, but it clicked a lot when i first started off. I think it shouls be alright for the weekend.

Wobble board! Need to strengthen ankles. Had no problems with my sprain which was good. I enjoyed this.
Also did some other strength stuff.

Resting my ankle for a few days. Will probably go for an easy and short jog on thursday..
Science exam tomorrow (Physics) so revising hard :P
