Hate revision, did 5hours of enlgish today becaise i really want to get at least a B =/

Intensity 4 because the hill was a little tiring.. and all the downhill was on rubbish, bumpy track whcih hurt my ankle =/
Didn't enjoy it that much, but time was ok and hoping that the next omne will be better :)

Jog around before the start and stretches.. No warm down; regret that now.
