Jog and lots of stretching.

Running 38:00 [3] 7.21 km (5:16 / km) +170m 4:43 / km

Run with dad up into little wold and then along the dismantled railway which was good as i havnt run there before :)
Got some kinf of insect in my eye on the way back which really stung so we had to stop so i could stop panicking and get it out :P
Otherwise was ok, legs a bit tired though...

Champagne Race 8 - Waudby Green.

Wow, it was hard! Very hot even though it was 7.30pm.. Knew i had to keep a steady pace from dads instructions and got a little annoyed when i was doing slower than we had planned =/ But managed to get myself up a bit and ploughed on.. Pleased because no women who started behind me passed me :D Will find out how fast i was compared with the other women tomorrow..

Overall, considering it was the furthest ive ever ran, i was happy with the way it went :)

Small jog to warm up and then warm down.. And loads of stretches.

Wanted to go for a little run, when me and dad started my legs felt awful and really heavy, so we just cut it really short so not to ruin myself for tomorrow!
