Ambleside chasing sprint..
Managed to overtake Del who unfotunately ran off the map!!
Didnt have a great run myself but really enjoyed it :)

Up onto the top of Lingmoor and back down afterwards.

Orienteering ((and jogging)) 30:00 [2] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

Lingmoor - a few controls with Del and Jenny...
Followed by a nice trip and long stay at the cafe :D

Orienteering 25:20 [3] 2.0 km (12:40 / km) +75m 10:40 / km

Sprint qualification... Enjoyed the course despite doing rubbish :P

Orienteering 1:30:00 [2] 6.0 km (15:00 / km) +100m 13:51 / km

Silver How - 2 exercises. One with Kirstin doing alternate legs and the other with Del Jenny and Kirstin doing route choice, map memory etc.
Good to be out in the not raining atmosphere :)

Walking 4:00:00 [2] 8.0 km (30:00 / km) +450m 23:25 / km

Walk from the campsite up to Stickle Tarn to start the exercises and then walk back from Easdale Tarn to the Campsite.. Me, Del and Jenny went an odd way back, good fun despoite clambering down a very steep and rocky stream.
