Played half a match at right back for Goole. Lost 3-2.. Was ok :)

Ran to Davids rugby match via Mount Airey Farm and through Brantingham.. Was quite tough on the hills but overall enjoyed it :)

Did my own little circuits thing in the lounge as im missing them from the ship!! Also wanted to give my ankle a bit more of a rest :)

Circuit = 1minute each, three times.
- High Knees
- Tricep Dips
- Crunches
- Weight lift thing
- Plank
- Step-ups
- Another wieght lifting thing
- Press-ups

Managed to twist my left ankle half way round so me and david stopped and walked for a bit before jogging slowly home.
Ankle hurts a bit and is slightly swollen.
