Squad training day at Brayton Barf.. Was good until i sprained my ankle. =/ mehmehmeh.

'Not a race' in Nev's words, although the boys decided to sprint!
Had to go to Wendy and back, then Tony half way up the hill and back, and then Dean at the top of the hill and back.
Orienteering 30:00 [3] 4.1 km (7:19 / km) +100m 6:31 / km
Various exercise for the rest of the day until injury..
We did a handicaped race, star relay, team thing and then the final relay where i hurt myself..
Quite enjoyed the day though.
