Orienteering 58:58 [4] 8.8 km (6:42 / km) +50m 6:31 / km

Compass Sport Trophy at Shouldham Warren...
Ran Blue women (straight line 6.8km) with a view not to overdo it, but to maintain a steady run... Was feeling really good, but made a stupid mistake on one of the easiest controls and then a few other little ones after that, but on the plus side, didnt feel my ankle at all :) Was a perfect area for me i think, loved it! Came second behind Anna Falk, and first in the Trophy standings, so am happy.

HALO short race series, number 1 at Sewerby Park...
Just had a slow jog/walk around the first course and ankle felt ok with my bandages on.

Running 22:52 [3] 3.69 km (6:12 / km)

Chase... Thought i'd try a bit harder and had no problems with the ankle.. Also orienteered much better on this course :)

Note

Main purpose of running today was to see if i would be ok for Compass Sport Trophy tomorrow, i think i should be.. Won't run for the rest of the week though to rest ankle again.
