Really really hard, particularly at the beginning when my legs just felt like lead. Didnt like all the people, was really crowded and kept getting hemmed in, but was a good experience and prep for next week!
Was 134th/265, so just missed out on half way and was 2mins 50s behind the winner, so i dont think that's too bad :)
Also was 1st humberside.

Didnt have enough time to do as much as i wanted. Didnt manage to do any drills or hardly any strecthing =/

Just looked at my garmin track from last sunday, and it turns out i was 2minutes faster to number one than my splits/overall time said.. So a bit annoyed as it may have meant i ended up 2nd and not 3rd, but guess i can't complain now!
