W18 E.. 6.8km straight line.
Legs were very tired going uphill, so lost a bit of time to that, and then made a few mistakes. Quite peased with the run overall, and happy to be 4th :):)

Senior Girls, said it was 4.5km but my watch measured 4.1km..
Was sooo muddy! Quite enjoyed it, but was really tiring..

Felt like i worked quite hard.. Legs were slow to get going again, so should have done more of a warm up. Went up into Little Wold, Coomber Dale, past Drewton Mannor, up the main road and through the golf course back home :)
