Twice round the block and down to the school to catch mum walking.

Running 19:30 [4] 4.4 km (4:26 / km)

Quite tired after my initial thing, so i4.. Went from cave castle onto the golf course to the other end, turned round and came back to mum (walking), and did the same until we reached the end together. Then went up the main road, turned round at the south cave sign, back to my, and back to the sign again.. Then down the hill to market place to finish.

Wasn't up for this, but felt alright after id got into it..
Went once round little wold, and a few little loops.

Champagne League..
Brantingham through to Raywell. Starts with a huge hill (100m up) about 1km long and felt like i was going alright, but Laura managed to get away.. Pushed off the top of the hill well and kept Laura within sights.. When down at the flatter parts, couldnt quite keep up, but time was still over 1minute faster than last years :D
