Orienteering 21:28 [4] 4.2 km (5:07 / km)

Race 1.. Not very good at all; wasn't looking ahead enough. Got caught in crap to 17 when there was a simple route down a path, and back out again.. Only W18, so first.

Orienteering 23:12 [4] 4.5 km (5:09 / km)

Race 2.. Did a bit better, but still wasn't fast enough for my liking. Also got really confused in the fort area.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2] 3.5 km (5:43 / km)

Jogging and drills for both races.

Winchester Urban..
Hardest urban i've ever run; so many route choices, and lots of attention needed to be payed to the descriptions.. Pleased to be second, but would have liked to have been closer to Sarah Rollins' time of 47.17.

With dad out through the golf course, down an overgrown path into Elleker and back into Cave.

Running 42:12 [4] 9.48 km (4:27 / km) +100m 4:14 / km

Champagne 7 - Kiplingcoates Station..
Road section for about 6km was horrible.. but once up onto the old railway, got into it and enjoyed the end of the race passing people.


Mechanics exam tomorrow.. ARGHHHHH.
