Cleaning/Tidying.. Nice walk down to Costcutter and then to Cave Castle to feed ducks :)

Orienteering 11:17 [4] 2.05 km (5:30 / km)

Course 3, ran first..
Went ok, getting into the map, scale, surroundings etc.

Orienteering 11:13 [4] 1.95 km (5:45 / km)

Course 2, ran second.
Similar run, ok, got a little caught out, but not too much.

Orienteering 11:15 [4] 2.1 km (5:21 / km)

Course 1, ran third.
Best run, as i expected.. Was planning ahead and thinking more.

Orienteering 21:01 [4] 3.5 km (6:00 / km)

Final..
Went ok, but found it hard to follow the butterfly loops!

Didnt like any of the stream crossings in any course!! Too scary for me.

Orienteering 27:44 [4] 5.9 km (4:42 / km) +80m 4:24 / km

7 short sprint courses in Sheffield, (after the openday), with Jenny, Mairead and Dad/David..
Really enjoyable courses and felt like i worked :) Just got a little confussed on the last, longer course in the complex housing area.

Not sure about Sheffield Uni, but the orienteering is definately good!

Running warm up/down 12:30 [2] 2.0 km (6:15 / km) +40m 5:41 / km

Small jogs inbetween courses and back to the car.

Running 27:09 [3] 5.0 km (5:26 / km) +120m 4:51 / km

Top of Coomber Dale and back.. Blister on right foot wrecks :(

Running 59:36 [4] 10.92 km (5:27 / km) +320m 4:46 / km

From school to home.. Hot, and some steep hills made it even more tiring. Good all the same, and made a nice change.
