Railway end with dad. A bit cold and rainy at times, but felt really good :)

10k Track Race at Costello..
Started steady, as Derek told me to, and then felt good right up till the end of the race.. Managed to push on a little at half way, and then more with 2k to go, but not quite enough to get under 43mins.. 52seconds slower than pb, but as a first time on the track in 4months, not bad :)

Longcroft Sprint Training..
Did dads white, yellow, orange and light green courses one after the other, with about 1minute rest inbetween each.. Quite hard work, but good :)
