Nice and relaxed, and then sprinterval at the end.. Started my watch from home instead of at the crossroads.

Out and back from Ferriby, up into Scout Woods and over the road up to Holly Hill.. Then followed the school cross country route, before going onto part of the Waudby Green Champagne League course.. Turned around after 5.2k, 26mins.. Pushed hard on the way back and felt good :)
