Orienteering 1:02:37 [4] 8.0 km (7:50 / km) +150m 7:09 / km

Blue at Ecclesall.. Made loads of stupid mistakes from not looking at my compass enough. Twisted my ankle just after 17 whilst turning over my control descriptions; took it steadier from there and seemed to do ok.

HALO 2-1-5 event at Hull University..
Technical course; did ok, found the map a little confusing and running speed wasnt great, but didnt make too many mistakes.

Orienteering 17:26 [3] 3.1 km (5:37 / km)

Ornage course doing alternate legs with dad as a warm down :)

Running 35:54 [4] 7.31 km (4:55 / km) +140m 4:29 / km

Railway End with dad.. Calfs felt like they had two bricks attached to them, but managed to push the pace at half way to make it decent on the way back.

From Elloughton Dale (i think), up the death hill to start, following the Waudby Green course.. Cut down the western edge of the woods and met the course again to take us around back to the car, eventually!

Running 16:13 [5] 4.8 km (3:23 / km)

COH Track..
12 x 400m, reducing recovery. First four off 2minutes, second four off 1m 30 and last off 1minute. Found it quite hard - legs were tired, but survived and managed to do each lap between 1m20 and 1m23 :)
