Sherwood Pines - Short Brown..
Felt like i had a really good run for my standards; got a bit tired in the middle section so lost a bit of time on two controls. Was dissappointed to be like 13th or something =/

Running 26:14 [1] 4.51 km (5:49 / km) +10m 5:45 / km

With dad through the golf course and back, was nice actually.

Thursday Feb 10, 2011 #

Running 27:31 [3] 5.6 km (4:55 / km) +70m 4:37 / km

After leaving dad at the top of little wold, went down to railway end and back home. Respectable time of 18:12 on the way back.

Running 20:50 [1] 3.4 km (6:08 / km) +90m 5:25 / km

With dad into little wold and around most of one loop before heading off to railway end.

Running 18:22 [4] 5.0 km (3:40 / km)

CoH Track..
Didn't go flat out, felt like i was working, but at a comfortable pace. Did 2x400m, 1km, 400m, 1km, 400m, 1km, 400m.
Maintained consistant times and was pleased with the session.

Little Wold with dad.. Felt tired and we went steady. Three or four trees fallen over different parts of the paths so had to find ways around them.

Monday Feb 7, 2011 #

Running 17:00 [4] 4.5 km (3:47 / km) +20m 3:42 / km

CoH Speed... Was really tired, dont think i worked as well as i have been doing, but suppose i had a hard week!
