Day 1 - At Sea..
Very sore throat and swollen tonsilles - ibuprofen works for about 2hours then wears off =/
So went for a swim, and it was more fun than i thought, but im absolutely rubbish; doggy paddle is my style.

Absolutely over the moon, onto my first choice course at Sheffield, Maths with a Year Abroad.

ShUOC!!!!!

Running 24:30 [3] 4.5 km (5:27 / km) +15m 5:21 / km

Golf Course run with dad. Took two maps from the Nottingham Uni event and did a kind of talk-o/relocation whilst on the run. Was really useful and interesting and made the run go a lot faster.
