Tankersley Middle.
Very poor in places, a few good legs.

Den Bank, via the stables.
Watch wouldn't load so taken the distance and climb from last week, feeling pretty tired after yesterday.

Sprintervals.
5 different loops around uni area. Think I went too fast on the first couple so was suffering towards the end (also was getting dark) but really enjoyed it.

Treadmill Run.
Doesn't seem like a fast pace, but definitely running faster than the treadmill says, so would have run further if on road etc. Just wanted to avoid the cold/wind outside. Wouldn't want to do this very often however.

Also went for a short swim and in the steam room.

Rivelin Loop.
Tough but really great run through all the fresh snow. Some parts quite difficult, and had to climb my way over a massive fallen tree but was lovely in the snow.
