Pretty clean run technically, could have done a few better route choices. Just felt the heat a bit and wasn't running to my best. Very pleased with 2nd on the course though.

Did a course planned by mum, staying away from any big climb in order to save legs, hopefully, for tomorrow. Good course and clean run.

Barton Urban.
Legs felt fine at the beginning, but then came to a halt around control 13 and didn't get any momentum back till 17.
Pretty good run navigationally.

Champagne League - Waudby Green.
Great run. Paced it well, starting steady and saving everything for the big hill. Felt tired off the top but managed to stick with a couple of guys, passing them with about 3.5k to go. Then just gave it everything and hoped for the best.
2minute 22second PB, couldn't ask for any more!
