Treadmill, 6x5mins with 2mins rest between. Did the efforts at 14km/h with a slight gradient. More interesting than just running a straight 30mins.

Course around housing areas printed off from Quick route. Lots of rain in the morning made the stoney streets a bit slippery. Wasn't really concentrating enough but enjoyed the course.

Course around the town. Good area, got caught out by one control - didn't read the description. Enjoyed this one more.

Geiranger.
Gorgeous weather and a really pretty village. Ran up the hill on some very muddy/wet trails. Got a little lost on the way back but found some amazing view points and eventually made it to the road.

Tromso.
Probably my least favourite port, but still had a nice run. Missed the ski trail we wanted to take so had a bit of a detour but got there eventually. Saw some permanent orienteering kites out too.

Honningsvag.
Tough run up the hill, very rocky paths. Reduced to a walk at some of the steep/rocky parts. Completely different to any run done before. Absolutely beautiful scenery, even saw some reindeer.
