Rail Trail - Monarch Trail and back.
Nice undulating trail, found going uphill tough; have got really tired legs at the moment and am generally just tired I think. Need to tone it down the next few days incase of a xc trial on Thursday.

Spotted: Small herd (~8) of deer; absolutely beautiful.

Just ran along the rail trail because it was an easy option - went off at one point and explored some woods but reached a dead end.

Spotted: 1 squished snake, 2 Black Squirrels.

Ran hard from the start and just tried to keep it going. So happy with the PB.
