Hannukah Hustle 5k.

25 SECOND PB, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

Good race, set off with the other two girls and it went out fast - knew that the wind/hill was on the way back so had to give it all on the last 1km.
Saw the finish time and just pushed it to the end. SO HAPPY.

1st woman also, so got vouchers :D

XC Workout, with Max.
Went during the day again due to lectures.

8min tempo; 2.02k
3x hill loops; 3k, 12:06, 14m climb.
4min tempo; 1.06k

Pretty fierce wind in places, tried to run with the wind for most parts.
Good session, though very tiring.

Went for a bit of an adventure through Chedoke - no golfers so perfect for running around on. Got up to Radial and went along to my usual turning point and came back.
Back felt fine 98% of the time, had the occasional twinge - will see the trainers tomorrow.

Weather wasn't very nice, pretty strong head wind in places.
