Much better conditions than yesterday, but still a number of dangerous icy patches.

Set out to go along the Rail trail with Meg and Max, but it was way too icy. Went along roads, some horribly icy and others ok. Couldn't really get into a rhythm before slipping again, so quite annoying.

Road conditions weren't very good; slushy and icy in patches but managed ok. Felt very tired on the last one.

Good clear rail trail and not too bad up the hill. Mostly compact snow at the top, only a few icey patches.
Nice day out, despite the cold temp.

Ran WV course. A few hesitations but nothing major; good area.
