Resting my ankle after twisting it in the final yesterday. Hoping to run tomorrow.

British Sprints Prologue.
Not running fast enough, but also made a few silly route choice errors. Just pleased to qualify.

Orienteering 13:28 [5] 2.92 km (4:37 / km) +29m 4:24 / km

British Sprint Final.
A much cleaner run, though still not perfect. Definitely pushing harder and thought I'd had a good run, but didn't expect 2nd place!

Probably quite lucky for me that the prologue and final areas were switched, the second course suited me much more.
