Sawrey - Moss Eccles Tarn - Near Wray Castle - Windermere shoreline.
Missed a turning so ended up running 5km further than intended, but a lovely route.

Sawrey - Highs Moss - Moss Eccles Tarn.
A bit rocky, wet and muddy in parts but a nice run and lovely weather.

Pre-JK run around Dads sprint course in Astley Village.

JK Sprint - 12th.
Pleased immediately afterwards, but on reflection and looking at splits quite disappointed. Ran into a dead end 14-15 and then took a long way round 15-16. Potentially 50s blown and a more decent result.
However, cool to be running amongst some of the worlds best and definitely can do better.

4 x 3min (2min jog recovery). Nice and sheltered from the wind in the park; much better than running along the foreshore.
