Not helped by rubbish control descriptions, or my legs, but the area was good. Shame there was such a difference in course lengths for the women’s 2.1/2.4 doesn’t make for a very fair competition.

Nice little run out on a tough course. Very lonely, but the scenery was nice and kept me going.
