shoes: Inov-8 trail shoes

Mountain route up Groove Arete on East of Tryfan in the freezing cold mist/rain, SO. COLD. About 8 pitches plus walking. Don't want to be cold again ever. But really cool to get to the top, achievements! But definitely type 2 fun to the extreme. Need warmer layers.

Strength and Conditioning (Acroyoga) 1:30:00 [2]

Did a ridiculous amount of acro, learnt lots of new things but soooooo tired, stopped when I eventually fell on my head and my whole neck made a horrible crunch all the way down my spine. But so fun!
