Nice recovery run jog to Windy Beach, swim and back. As usual it was hard to go and legs tired, but over halfway felt so much better!

Took two swim caps & my new earplugs to try and do some front crawl swimming. But sooooooooooooooooooooooooo cold on the face! Maybe I need to train my face up?

Strength and Conditioning 50:00 [2]

Mixture of ashtanga yoga, plus my achilles physio, plus some hip physio, plus a few mins of core.
