Run to meet everyone then up the Tunnel Run route to the big bridge. Feel like I have got slower since the last time I ran with these guys!
Got stung by a wasp running along!
Running intervals (Moorfoot training) 18:33  4.44 km (4:11 / km) +74m 3:51 / km
Reps of 2mins on, 1min off. Really don't like the railway track ground!
THEN jog back to the bridge over to the bottom of the Sway (?), and tempo up the Sway.
Amazing how rubbish I am on the flat compared to the hills - was at the back for all of the reps on the flat, then on the Sway (which was all of the climb on this run) was beasting it easily, but as soon as it levelled off at the top they all start flying past me!
