9 AM

Running 46:01 [3] 7.53 km (6:07 / km) +280m 5:09 / km

Morning run with the fam! Kind of anyway, Mum walked up a bit and me and Dad ran but at different paces so stopped to regroup a couple of times, and I did the extra hill on the way back. Good stuff.
12 PM

swimming (Open Water) 25:00 [2] 1.2 km (20:50 / km)

Windy and felt quite hard work today, maybe because had to turn a lot to breath to make sure your mouth was high enough above the waves to avoid drowning! And absolutely FREEZING, think the rain had made a cold layer on the top. But good and enjoyed it.

Yoga 45:00 [1]

Waiting for Mum and Dad to arrive! Trying to hold balances for longer to get stronger ankles :)
2 PM

Walking 3:18:15 [2] 17.92 km (11:04 / km) +536m 9:37 / km

Walk with Mum and Dad - horrendous weather, thick drizzle and SO SO windy was a bit wild and not very sociable on the tops... but nice to get out and use up some energy, felt really jumpy in the morning and like I needed to get out. And felt nice coming in to a good dinner afterwards.

Friday Sep 23 #

Running 42:15 [3] 8.22 km (5:08 / km) +155m 4:42 / km

Run with Amy! She is a beast. Really enjoyed it - a good pace as it was faster that I'd usually run, but still a pace that I can run completely fine at... maybe I'm just lazy on my own. Fun!

(rest day)

Was going to go spinning but got convinced to go to the pub instead.

Strength and Conditioning (Body pump) 20:00 [3]

Strength and Conditioning (Body pump) 20:00 [4]

Really good class. Although same bar/weights for the whole thing was a bit weird - easy on the legs but ridiculous on the arms - but then suppose I wanted to go easy on the legs anyway. Will go back!

Running warm up/down (Moorfoot training) 15:00 [3]

Run to meet everyone then up the Tunnel Run route to the big bridge. Feel like I have got slower since the last time I ran with these guys!
Got stung by a wasp running along!

Running intervals (Moorfoot training) 18:33 [4] 4.44 km (4:11 / km) +74m 3:51 / km

Reps of 2mins on, 1min off. Really don't like the railway track ground!

THEN jog back to the bridge over to the bottom of the Sway (?), and tempo up the Sway.

Amazing how rubbish I am on the flat compared to the hills - was at the back for all of the reps on the flat, then on the Sway (which was all of the climb on this run) was beasting it easily, but as soon as it levelled off at the top they all start flying past me!

Running warm up/down 7:49 [3] 1.62 km (4:50 / km)
