Felt absolutely wiped this morning but by 12 felt so much better and ready to run. Horrible weather and misty so did a low level run, from friends house in Ennerdale all the way up the valley, over Scarth Gap and then down paths alongside Buttermere and Crummock. Beautifully atmospheric and misty :) :) Felt so much better than yesterday, although felt it was a bit of a cop-out as it was so flat and easy!!

Beautiful sunny day which typically clouded over as soon as I was out. Up Mellbreak which I enjoyed but from then on I just couldn't get into it, so boggy and suddenly everything felt sooooooo hard even on the slightest slope of hill, then feet got cold and hands and everything suddenly got very cold and just found the whole thing frustrating, felt like I was running through treacle. So cut short and just headed home. Good sleep needed tonight.

Felt absolutely EXHAUSTED as soon as I got home, and on the verge of being ill so took the decision to rest... definitely the right one as felt so much better the next day :)
