So. hard.
Knew it was going to be painful but this seemed to be next level painful! Did really well on the first lap, and was planning to push on the second hill, but got to it and absolutely DIED. Was crawling up, barely moving at all, horrible horrible. Everyone went past me and was basically running mostly on my own for the second lap, which was v demoralising!
A minute and half faster than I'd done it before but still miles behind where I wanted to be - oh well.

Super duper chilled sociable run with Kearti and Naomi in the park. Did 5 x 1 min strides to stretch out the legs but still chilled pace. Nice to be out.

Ran hard but not full pelt - but felt really hard anyway, still tired from the weekend I think.
