Sunday Dec 3 #

Yoga (Acroyoga) 30:00 [1]

Little bit of acro in the park. Pretty tired this weekend.

Saturday Dec 2 #

1 PM

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)
shoes: Adidas Supernova Glide boost

Running race (Leeds Relays) 13:32 [5] 3.18 km (4:15 / km) +8m 4:12 / km

Wasn't taking it too seriously today. Main aim was to not start off to fast, and be able to push in the 3rd km. Started off well but misjudged the course a bit and had less left near the end than I thought - felt a bit too 'comfortable' and enjoyed it a bit much overall - so probably could have pushed harder!

Yoga 30:00 [1]

Thursday Nov 30 #

6 PM

Running warm up/down 19:36 [3] 3.8 km (5:09 / km) +54m 4:49 / km
shoes: Adidas Supernova Glide boost

Icy and snowy!

Running tempo 10:00 [4] 2.56 km (3:54 / km) +2m 3:53 / km
shoes: Adidas Supernova Glide boost

10 minute tempo - not flat out as race on Sat

Running intervals 2:00 [4] 0.62 km (3:14 / km)
shoes: Adidas Supernova Glide boost

2 laps of just jogging the widths and fast on the lengths (the quad)

Running warm up/down 23:14 [2] 4.03 km (5:46 / km) +17m 5:39 / km
shoes: Adidas Supernova Glide boost

Felt really good today! Nice and invigorating even though it was freezing cold and snowing.

Wednesday Nov 29 #

7 AM

Running warm up/down 10:00 [3] 1.0 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: Adidas Supernova Glide boost

Jog around and some dynamic stretches and some strides etc. Sooooo early. Not feeling very awake/sprightly.

Running tempo (Parkrun) 20:57 [5] 5.0 km (4:11 / km) +29m 4:04 / km
shoes: Adidas Supernova Glide boost

Did my own 'parkrun' as can't go on Saturday. HARD. Running fast is just not nice when not awake and don't think any of my banana energy had kicked in yet - should have had coffee. Couldn't get going even right at the start! But really nice to be out and done by 8am!

Running warm up/down 3:30 [2] 0.58 km (6:02 / km)
shoes: Adidas Supernova Glide boost

5 PM

Yoga (Ashtanga) 1:15:00 [1]

Did some of the intermediate series today so lots of backbends which was soooo nice

Strength and Conditioning (Acroyoga) 45:00 [1]

SO. COLD. Even colder than last time, so did less than normal. But getting better, so fun!
6 PM

Stretching 30:00 [0]

Had planned to go training but felt sooooooooo tired today, and legs and everything just felt very creeky. Decided to stretch instead - yesterday was probably a bit of a shock after sitting at a desk all weekend!

Monday Nov 27 #

11 AM

climbing (Bouldering) 45:00 [3]

Didn't enjoy it that much not sure why. Definitely prefer climbing, way better. Just wasn't in the mood.
3 PM

Running warm up/down 10:50 [3] 2.02 km (5:22 / km) +24m 5:04 / km

Running long 1:30:00 [4] 17.3 km (5:12 / km) +211m 4:54 / km

30-30-30 running harder each time. A bit hectic as in the first 3rd ran past a man who looked a bit frantic, and ran down and realised the dog that was running around was probably his so had to run back to tell him where it was. Then the second 3rd I slipped and fell over and wacked my knee on a rock, really hurt for a few mins so had to stop for a few mins. SO slippy and muddy.
Laat section was good though! Tired now. Hard to focus on going fast on my own for so long, especially when it's all flat and just out and back.

Running warm up/down 2:46 [2] 0.4 km (6:55 / km) +7m 6:22 / km
