Had to ditch the origonal training plan for last few weeks - just need to focus on work now and sleep. Really annoying but oh well - will be more rested hopefully to be able to train in MOUNTAINS, just want to avoid getting ill.

Easy run. Was going to do a long run but just feel wiped out today, really tired and keep sneezing, so think I need to take it easy.
Just really want a good sleep, but so hard because of the stupid boiler playing up and waking me up every couple of hours in the night :'(
