Run with Jack. Felt sooooooooooo much better today, and it was sunny so went out for an 'easy one' but felt brisk - and weird being on tarmac again. Really good to be out.

More acro - went to the session at the Lab. Good, but 1 hr is sooooooooo short - don't get barely anything done! Felt like I had only just got into it when it finished. But useful to have someone who was an actual teacher.
