Tried to the run the 3 peaks route with Dan. But SOOOO tired, camped in the snow last night and don't feel like I slept barely at all. Then didn't have sufficient breakfast food and all cafes were closed, so didn't eat properly until 2 hours in. Already felt pretty tired, and was super fed up on Wernside - also realised I forgot my torch and we wouldn't finish in the light, so decided to call it a day and hitch back from Ribblehead. Still a good long run out - would like to go back and do it when it was less windy and cold and I had a good sleep and porridge!

Run around Hyde Park to warm up. Not super ideal today as I had a 5 hour bus journey, then it was dark obviously so difficult to find somewhere to run - ended up running around the edge of Hyde Park which was just light enough - but the session felt like a shock after the bus, and from not doing speed for weeks and weeks!
