Eccup run with the girlies - really really enjoyed it! Legs felt super tired when I set off so had wondered about turning back early, but it was a nice easy pace and had good chats and really enjoyed it. Quads super seized up now but rest tomorrow. FUN.

Wanted a really easy session, but was actually really hard... need to remember to not go to these if I just want a stretch!

Wednesday Feb 7 #

5 PM

Stretching (Ashtanga) 1:20:00 [1]

I was super pathetic today. Felt sooooooooooooooooo tired! No motivation at all, did all the easy moves.
7 PM

Running warm up/down 22:12 [3] 4.11 km (5:24 / km) +11m 5:20 / km
shoes: Adidas Supernova Glide boost

Straight out of yoga to go running. Not sure that was such a good idea. SO sooooo tired. And in future doing intervals once it's dark just doesn't work, or at least it's really hard to find a good place to do them. I did them around the park again, but I just can't run that hard when it's half dark and you're wondering where your feet are going.

Anyway did 4 x [1min fast, 1 min rest, 3 min fast, 3 min rest].
Good, but annoying as I couldn't go hard properly. BUT glad I got out and did it despite not feeling good.

Running intervals 16:00 [5] 4.09 km (3:55 / km) +26m 3:47 / km

Meh. Rubbish.

Acro at Open Source Arts. Did a group core session at the start with lots of plank - super hard! Got loads of cool stuff done in the session - trying to do lifts, and washing machiens
