Eccup run with Will. Soooooooooo tired today, so super slow, but so glad I went out and did the whole loop!

Pyramid: 4-2-1-2-4 (but just 3 mins after the 4 min reps).
PLUS a 1min 20s extra as I started the session, then suddenly bumped into Hannah! So I stopped to chat and then restarted :) Felt good!

Poured with rain! Cold legs on the run back. Glad I had the extra rest yesterday, much better today, although felt quite sluggish as didn't sleep well at all last night. But good to get it done, and nice and quiet in the horrible weather!

Legs better than yesterday but general energy levels much lower! Didn't feel very fast - BUT actually exactly the same speed as last week when I did feel fast soooo yup!

Went to go and do a speed session, but quads were still really painful - did extra warmup and drills to try and loosen them off but when I started the first rep they felt REALLY painful and like something was going to pull, didn't feel good at all. So decided to just do a recovery run and go back and stretch

Only had an hour today, but made the most of it! Got lots in, AND WE MANAGED TO DO THE DIRTY DANCING LIFT. Super cool.

Stretchinggg in my room. Quads super seized up still - kind of like doms, but only in very specific points, bit weird
